Description: Trees are a significant component of Boulder City's urban environment. Public trees are an integral part of the Boulder City's infrastructure, no less so than its streets, utilities, buildings, and sidewalks. Unlike other infrastructure components, the tree population, when properly cared for, will actually increase in value as the trees mature over time. Davey Resource Group performed an inventory of 1383 trees in Boulder City. Data on the trees were collected and analyzed, providing information on the species composition, size, condition, maintenance requirements, and risk potential of the public component of the urban forest.
